Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbs smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbs dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs kosher salt
  • 1 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp chipotle chile powder

Can be used on any type of pork or beef. This all-purpose meat rub recipe is smoky and spicy. Best if applied the night before.

Procedure

FOR THE RUB

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Store for up to 4 weeks in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
