Ingredients:
  • 4 Tbs dark brown sugar
  • 3 Tbs ancho chile powder
  • 1 Tbs kosher salt
  • 1 Tbs ground cumin
  • 1 Tbs ground coriander
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbs dried oregano
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

This carne asada rub recipe is our sweetest, made to be used on skirt steak but you can really use it on any type of beef you want to grill. Add one large clove of freshly chopped garlic to every ΒΌ cup used (4 tablespoons) for an authentic flavor experience.

Procedure

FOR THE RUB

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Store for up to 4 weeks in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
