  • 4¬†cups Frozen Sweet Corn, thawed
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 6 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 stick Unsalted Butter, room temp.
  • 2 tbsp. All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt


Preheat oven to 350F.

Butter 8x8x2 glass baking dish. Blend all ingredients in food processor until almost smooth. Pour into glass dish. Bake until pudding just until golden brown and center is just set (should jiggle just so slightly) about 45 minutes.

Cool 5-10 minutes.
