Without a doubt, my favorite dish when it gets chilly out! The lime in the rib sauce is a wonderful foil against the rich beef ribs and the hearty cheesy polenta!

Not your traditional smoked pulled pork, but a really tasty and much quicker version. This pulled pork should be served over a soft hamburger roll and with my outstanding coleslaw.

A caramely sauce with a slight kick at the end. I like to use Jack Daniels even though its not a bourbon-the flavor it imparts to the sauce is second to none! You can use your favorite bourbon if you prefer. I have found that Makers Mark will produce excellent results also.

Procedure Preheat oven to 425F. Place chicken thighs in a bowl and coat with 1 tbsp. olive oil, then place on foil-lined sheet pan and apply 1/2 tbsp of all of the spices.
