Why are certain portions of your recipes highlighted?

Answer: The highlights are links that bring you to either a short cooking technique video or the website of certain products that I personally use and would endorse to help your dish taste its best!

I noticed in your recipes that you sometimes recommend certain brand names of ingredients that are not available in my area. What should I do?

Answer: I will sometimes give recommendations based on my experience of ingredients that will help elevate a dish. However, if it’s not available, feel free to substitute your own favorite or whatever is available at your own market.

What if I have a question or comment about a recipe?

Answer: There are a few ways you can go! You can use the chat forum where other cooks weigh in on recipes and tips. Or you can go to the Ask Chef Phil section and ask directly your question. Thirdly, you can comment on individual recipes, like ‘em, love ‘em! We are always interested in improving our service to you!
