Ingredients
1 bunch of Red Seedless Grapes
1 bunch of White Seedless Grapes
1 quart of Fresh Strawberries, quartered
1 pint of Fresh Blueberries
1 Cantaloupe, 1 inch dice
4 Kiwi, peeled, quartered and sliced
1 pint of Fresh Raspberries
1 bundle of Mint, chiffonade (sliced thinly)
1/4 cup good quality Honey (lavender honey works very well here)
Procedure:
Thoroughly wash all the fruits and the mint, making sure all ingredients are dry before prepping. Pick half the grapes from the red and white bunches and put them in a medium mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients except for the mint. Drizzle with the honey and toss to combine. Fold chopped mint in gently.
